Happy Thursday everyone! This site will document the journey we are going on to setup an apiary and meadery.

Bees are on order, mead recipes are going through a final year of refinement, and we are setting up the back office functions to make this sideline business a reality.

Although this post is a bit sparse, expect more in the coming weeks as we assemble our equipment, test mead recipes, and go through the process of setting up our company! Enjoy the picture of a tree blooming in South Carolina a couple weeks ago. Spring will make it to Northeast Ohio soon!
